3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content submitted by you remains your intellectual property. However, by submitting content to Berg Publisher, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing our services. Upon completion of services and full payment, all rights to the final work product are transferred to you.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Payment is required according to the agreed-upon schedule
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing
• Late payments may result in suspension of services
• Additional fees may apply for revisions beyond the agreed scope

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

6. Revisions and Changes

8. Cancellation and Refunds

11. Dispute Resolution
